We’re excited to announce a new chapter in leadership at Cortec Laboratories®! Rebecca Guza, Ph.D., has joined us as our new Director, where she will oversee all aspects of laboratory operations with a focus on growth, innovation, and technical excellence.

Rebecca brings a powerful combination of scientific expertise, strategic leadership, and industry experience. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and over 13 years in technical leadership roles across the chemical and manufacturing sectors, she has a proven track record of managing complex projects and guiding cross-functional teams to success. She also holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership, further reinforcing her ability to align people, processes, and purpose.

Known for her creative problem-solving, strong team-building, and customer-centric approach, Rebecca is well-positioned to lead Cortec Laboratories® with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and efficient execution.
